Instead of a one-size-fits-all package, I guide clients through a structured process.
Some people need only the early levels. Others benefit from moving through more stages for deeper, more stable change.
This process is paced, consent-based, and nervous-system-aware. We don’t chase intensity — we build stability first.
Level 1 — Stabilization
Create safety in the body and mind. Build grounding, nervous system capacity, and a reliable “calm baseline” so the work feels steady—not overwhelming.
Level 2 — Desensitization
Reduce the charge around triggers. We soften automatic reactions so the nervous system stops responding as if the past is happening now.
Level 3 — Regulation
Strengthen your ability to return to calm faster. This is where resilience becomes repeatable—less rebound, less spiraling, more self-trust.
Level 4 — Subconscious Root Discovery & Emotional Resolution
Identify the underlying subconscious pattern(s) driving the issue and resolve the emotional learning at the root—without forcing intensity.
Level 5 — Body–Mind Coherence & Integration
Align body signals, emotional tone, and subconscious messaging so change “sticks.” This is where the new pattern becomes natural and stable.
Level 6 — Identity Reconstruction
Rebuild identity-level beliefs and inner roles so your choices match who you’re becoming—without constant willpower.
There’s no one “right” number of sessions. We’ll build a plan that fits your goals, your pace, and what your system is ready for—then adjust as you progress through each level.
